Dear All,

I came to book my Flat in OXY HOMEZ Only due to the constant persuasion of My Cousin Brother who had been doing so for last 6-7 years.At that time my mind was filled with All Kinds of hidden fears after hearing so many frauds in realty Market.

But Iam (In Fact We All) are lucky enough that we didn’t have to go through any such incident.

After Some delay we Got the possession of our OXY Flats which was a dream come true and soon became the final destination my life

We can describe OXY HOMEZ in so many different trems like Location,Facilities,Environment,Neighbourhood,Safety

LOCATION-OXY HOMEZ is situated in one of the most up coming areas of DELHI NCR .Though It also has some Connectivity and Surrounding ares safety Issues (Which every upcoming Locality has).

But once the other So Many proposed housing Projects are completed and proposed road and metro facilities are completed, Iam sure both above issues will be sorted out.

FACILITIES: Proposed Basic eminities and facilities in OXY HOMEZ full fill almost all the basic needs which are necessary to live a smooth daily life.Though all the public facilities like Parks,Swimming pool,other green area should have been much bigger.

SAFETY in OXY HOMEZ: Proposed Safety arrangements are more or less satisfying (If Implemented Strictly) With installation of CCTV in every key point,24X7 Security personnel deployment in every block.

ENVIRONMENT: This is the most important part of any Housing projects.And Iam truly AMAZED that in NO TIME the living environment has emerged as really tremendous with people coming from all regions (North South East West) of our Great Country.OXY HOMEZ has become MINI INDIA in True Sense.

And Iam surprised that in no time Love, Bonding and affection among fellow residents has spread so much.

And “UNITY IN DIVERSITY” can easily be experienced with So many different Culture,Languages,Religions.

Celebrations of different festivals like Holi,Diwali,Teej,Janmastmi,National Festivals like 15th August,Ganesh Chaturthi and many more has given us the opportunity to come closer with each other.It also united us yet again while paying tribute (Candle March) to our Martyered Soldiers.

And to spread this further I advise to also celebrate EID,Christmas,Guru Parv,Mahavir Jayanti.

In the the atmosphere is LIVELY as Kids Hanging around in Children Park,Elders Taking EVENING WALK,Youth Playing Different Sport.

And It is also heartning to see every one greeting each other with a smile showing respect.What else you need?

Like in Every family, In OXY HOMEZ FAMILY also have difference of Opinion but it not at all efects our relationship.

Every OXY HOMEZ Resident is Contributing to Improve the facilities by taking active participation in meetings for the resolution of day today issues.And which should continue.

Once OXY HOMEZ Project is fully completed,Proper RWA is formed and every proposed facility is restored, then Iam sure it will be a great place to live.
